Thank you for 17 fantastic proposals for poster sessions for next library in Aarhus 2009. Due to limited space only 12 will be accepted.

Practical information:
One author per accepted poster can attend the conference, exhibition and the Conference dinner at a reduced fee of 1.800 DKR or 240 EUR, please note that this does not include social events, transport and accommodation.
Each participating author will have a table and a poster board at their disposal. You may use the table to display any appropriate display you can fit on the table. Note that you need to bring your own handouts. You will be able to reach an electrical outlet with an extension cord. Furthermore there will be access to a wireless network. No equipment will be provided, but you may bring your own.
All attendees will receive a list of participants with the title of each presentation, a brief description and contact information. Generally attendees browse through the tables, pick up handouts and stop to visit when a topic attracts their attention. We expect around 300 – 400 participants attending the conference.
Publication
Poster sessions will be listed in the conference program and on the conference website. Summary due: June 2nd 2009
